As a future manager I will establish a rules and regulations to all employees in my company in using computer properly.The foloowing are:

1.)EMPLOYEES MUST UNDERGONE ORIENTATION/TRAINING ABOUT THE PROPER
USAGE OF COMPUTER.
2.)EMPLOYEE MUST RESPECT THE PRIVACY OF HIS/HER CO- WORKERS WHEN IT
COMES TO DOCUMENTARY WORKS.
3.)EMPLOYEES MUST AVOID CHATTING AND PLAYING GAMES DURING OFFICE
HOURS.
4.)EMPLOYEES MUST NOT USE THEIR COMPUTERS FOR THOSE UNIMPORTANT
MATTERS.

College students of RMMC already knew that their library is really very important to them when it comes to studies because it helps them as source of gathering data or information through books,magazines,encyclopedias,newspapers and others and it also serve as a studying room.
As a student of RMMC, I would like to change one of its library system w/c is using a card catalog. Instead of using it,I will put it into computerazation or it should be computerized.If this so it easy for s student to find a book he/she wants to search on,to read or to seek info about his/her research.Students can easily identify the location of the book if it is on the first floor or in the second floor w/out asking any working students or facilitators inside the library.

It is very obvious that all these trends are very important and useful to all managers as well as to their employees because through these they will become more productiv,effective and efficient in every aspects of their doings specialy when it comes to decision making.Obcourse not only to them but also to simple individuals and theres a need for them to be aware about these trends to improve each abilities and become more knowledgeable in making any decisions that hsa a good results.For example a company encounter problem in the production operation process that theres a delay of prcessing a certain prduct,by the help of these trends the operation manager can decide well because has enough knowledge to give solution regarding the face problem.
